Used to be regulars at this restaurant until we were spoken to in a very rude manner for no justified reason. Don’t think we will ever be going back.
Went there for new years eve. The layout looked amazing with decorations and the staff were in Egyptian themed costumes and we were lucky enough to get a table without a booking. The girl who took our order didn’t appear very friendly. Being a busy night we expected a long wait for our meals and waited for 40 minutes for Turkish bread which was lovely and a further 20 minutes and our tapas still hadn’t arrived.The staff didn’t acknowledge us and continuously walked past us like we were invisible until after an hour my friend asked where out order was at. The manager came over and was very apologetic and said a freeze had been put on our tapas for some reason. She offered to fix our bill and didn’t charge us for the bread. Not long after our tapas finally turned up and another waitress (with an attitude) put them on the table with no apologies. I had pork sliders and they were terrible. They were completely overloaded with sauce and I had to scrape the pork off the buns. My friend had duck spring rolls and she said they were lovely. Will not return again based on the rudeness of our waitress but appreciate the professionalism of the manager and her effort to fix our dining experience.
