Excellent food and service. Everything looks clean and the food is presented nicely. Good for kids. Price could be a issue for some but the quality is there.
A wonderful and authentic Japanese restaurant that we have been coming to for years. Daiki will not disappoint even the pickiest connoisseur. The staff are always polite and the atmosphere is decidedly Japanese. I recommend their crispy gyoza and soft agedashi tofu. Daiki is a special opportunity that you will not want to miss.
This is our usual Japanese restaurant when we visit the Gold Coast. Every dish is carefully created by Sue-san, and for the quality of the food, the price is reasonable. There are usually black board specialsas well which suggest interesting dishes. Their tempura is amazing. You can see the kitchen which is spotless and well organised, which is always a good sign and shows the chef’s dedication. We always leave this restaurant satisfied.
The best and most authentic Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast, the popular choice of local Japanese customers who expect and appreciate high quality for a very reasonable price.
The food is very good quality BUT it is VERY expensive for the size, for example we ordered a side of hot chips yes hot chips at a Japanese restaurant and there were probably 10 chips in a small plate for 6 dollars it was a bit insulting really. The duck was lovely as were the chicken wings. 50 dollars for 4 small plates of food, just and I say just enough to fill one person up. Perhaps if they dropped their prices a touch or added more food to the plate for the same price this place might not be empty on a Sunday night.
