Very authentic Italian. Inside is very cosy with rustic decor creates an intimate atmosphere, which is how an Italian restaurant should be. Owners and staff are very welcoming and attentive. Food is flavoursome and plentiful. Fettuccine marinara is my favourite but the Chicken Parmigiana is out of this world. Vinnies has been here for decades and is a real local dining institution.
Be prepared to wait! If you’re upset by that, don’t expect staff to care. If there are more than two tables in the restaurant, they can’t cope! Don’t eat here. Not worth the time or money! Food wasn’t great for the length of time it took
Dined recently at Vinnies. There isn’t much of an atmosphere. Ordered pesto and Parmesan pizza bread for entree. Was quite dry and the pizza base was burnt. Overall was okay, nothing to get excited about. I think a little pricey for what’s served on the plate. Would we go back? Not in a hurry.
The matrciana is a great dish and if your getting a pizza try it as a calzone. This place has a great offer too. If you spend more than $32 dollars on your order you get a free tomato focaccia.
