Really really poor quality food. It took over an hour for our meals to come out and it was not very busy. I am not sure what they uses for hamburger meat but what was served to us not once but twice after we complained was not eatable. The menu said one thing and what was seved on the plate was different. Will not be returning any time soon and defeiently will not recommend the Tavern to any one for a meal.
This pub has slowly been dying since woolworth took it over, Had lunch there today,The beers honestly tasted like water.Tried 2 types and both were terribleRoast of the day was cheap and average, Staff offered no help left a full schooner of beer on the table, even though its my local and years ago we ate here all the time and it was brilliant.Hurts me to stay I would not recommend it at all.This is the 3rd time i have gone back there in the past 3 months hoping they would pick there game up,but today was the final straw
