Unsure as to whether this cafe has recently changed owners, irrespective of this the present owner makes a mean Merlo coffee. Apart from the rather large amount of foam on the flat white I would have given a 5 score. The flavors were just all there & that is what counts oh & that smooth Merlo blend. Plus she got the perfect strength without the bitterness
Had been to this caf before and definitely I can tell that it is under new management because all the staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Ordered a flat white to dine in and tried to have a hot dog. Unfortunately, I was told the hot dog was not available due to too early in the morning. Therefore, I changed my mind to have just a slice of raisin toast. Coffee came to the table with a take-away coffee up on top of the saucer. This is the first time that I see someone who serves a coffee like that but it won my appreciation. Then the raisin toast came the next. I could not say the food & drink are perfect but the standard was average. For such a take-away snack bar style eatery, they do the right thing. Cheers.
