I had some takeaway for lunch from Paradise Chinese and I won’t be making my way back anytime soon. I order just a fried rice and some chicken skewers; the friend rice was extremely dry as if it was sitting there for a few hours and the chicken skewers were dry, tough and really chewy. Prices of food are reasonable but quality of food is low.
Average hot box Chinese fare in the central part of the Plaza area. My friend wanted Chinese that morning & I didn’t so can only comment on my friends advise. She had a large chicken curry & it was fairly priced for a large serve. I didn’t see much else on offer other than sweet & sour pork, most of the turines were empty maybe they cooked to order I don’t know
I’ve been to this place a few times for a takeaway lunch when I’m in the area. They have a minimum spend of five dollars for card which is easy to fill since most of the meals are over five dollars. The seating is a shared seating area for all the foodcourt restaurants. They have tasty meals with an assortment of noodles as well as classic fried rice and mix and match meats. They also have fried side dishes like spring rolls and skewers as well as many other things. My favourite is the Singapore noodles. It’s cheap, easy, enjoyable and the service is always friendly.
