Drove past this pie shop many times and eventually got time to visit without catching the heavy traffic on Christmas Eve morning. When I first stepped in, my gaze was caught by those pies sitting in the display unit. My favourite is the steak and mushroom pie but it only serves chunk beef so I changed to have the chicken pie. Took a seat outside and I was excited to find out how good it is. Wow! Love at the first bite. Pastry is soft and the taste of gravy and ingredients are both above average. No wonder this pie shop is so busy even though its location is a bit hard to find.
