Have not been back over two years and dropped by for a second review yesterday afternoon. Well, it was a busy day in the shopping centre but does not mean the service not friendly however, more attentive to customers more than working behind the counter is suggested to be better (there are three staff working there). I found that there were a few tables left behind without cleaning up. Let me mind the management, I am not try to be picky but the noise from the machine during preparation of beverage is very noisy and disturbed.Ordered a flat white and definitely need to give the management a good thumb-up because they served me an excellent version this time. Strength & presentation has been much improved since my last time. Good on you! Rating jump to 3.5/5Jun 25, 2016 Rating 2/5I think this cafe should be trading on track since it has been there for quite a few year. With such a large venue and prime position outside the ALDI and Parkland Chinese Restaurant, it has the benefit of business exposure. However, service and drink that they served are seriously let down. The waiter took the order for me at the counter without any greeting and please do not expect his smiling because he is rude. There is only robotic service with unhappy facial expression. Waitress is better with friendly attitude in serving drinks but the flat white was far out of expectation. It is the most watery and milky coffee that I had in a coffee shop who is using expresso machine. What a shame!

Walking off a big lunch, Phuong Tran and I decide on a coffee at Cams Kafe Cafe. Always cheery, she takes our order and tempts us with some desserts but we are filled up!Our double shot Cappuccino looks great! It is served extra hot and is strong, just the way we like it. We enjoy our coffee at this comfortable open plan Cafeteria. Cam reminds us to try the popular lunch menu on our next visit. Thank you Kafe Cafe!
