Terrible food. The food quality is getting worse and worse. I gave up this restaurant. There are heaps of Asian restaurants out there in Sunnybank. Why bother to suffer?
Good service. New Way always keep the long term and mature waitress. It has some experience employees. That’s why I like New Way. Their service is good and warm. New Way is the only restaurant worths giving tips. My family go to New Way in weekly basis.
Pauli. I do’nt know why James had such a comment. The food is good and tasty. For the services, the young girl is a new comer can’t speak Cantonese and English is terrible too, can only speak mandarin, her service is always passive. For elder lady is always active, and can communicate with three languages too.
Newway. Of the two staff I’ve seen there, one was a middle-aged woman who was very rude, said one pair of chopsticks was enough for three people, and didn’t seem to want to be there. The second person was a young girl, she was very nice and helpful, she was quite enthusiastic, and was a nice contrast in regards to earlier.
Horrible. Never order the ‘chow quai tew’ there as it was simply the worst one i’ve ever experienced in sunnybank. Also had the fatty beef but it was more like beef with bits of fat at the end, when we complained to the staff, they just told us its how they do it there instead of apologizing or offering something else… never again
Went there for the first time last night, food was really good, service was good, portion size was massive. I am definitely heading back there as soon as I can!
Good Family Place. This place is great for family gatherings, food is pretty good and consistent. Karaoke prices are good too and never had any hassels from dishes or the friendly staff that works there. I rate this place 6.5/10
