Charged $10 for a jug of tap water. I guess that they dont know about their liquor license required them to provide free tap water, or atleast these are not reasonable at all.
Don’t know what the food was like, but the Karoke experience was not as enjoyable and bathrooms disguisting. Our large group came in after dinner celebrations and we had to be shifted to another room as there was technical difficulties. Even in the second room, there was difficulties, and after 30 minutes we were able to start. The seating in the room, was very old- (leather? or fake leather) was very worn. Worse of all was the bathroom. The women’s bathroom, 1 of the 3 was working order. The other 2 did not flush and was disgusting – at least put a broken sign on the doors. It looked like it had not been clean for a while and smelt. They had the nerve to put a sign up telling us to take care of the bathrooms- does help if they were working! Never going back again, this place is a hazard- we are in a 1st world country people!
Terrible young waitress… I completely agree with you Pauli, Why would you post such a thing. I occasionally go Newway for food and the elderly lady is such a good waitress, as pauli said, she’s very active, but on the other hand.. the young taiwanese girl is terrible. Terrible service, terrible attitude, often see her playing on her phone and not doing any work at all. I’d say the manager really needs to check up on their employees.
