Apart from visiting for a great breakfast, I hadn’t been impressed with past dinners so it’s been a while between meals here. Such a great location so decided to give it another chance. Wow, the chef is talented. Entree’s, mains and desserts were a world away from past offerings. Delightful. Attentive, friendly service was a welcome change so we will be back. Congratulations.
A great venue to sit and watch the boats go by, The food and wine are fantastic and the host was a delight. The pan fried Gnocchi was divine. The Entertainment was relaxing and very good. I cannot praise my experience here enough. Go try it.
We have been here many times over the last year or so. The service has now hit a new low. Today, having to get our own menu’s (after the aged lady who seemed to be in charge brushed passed us at least four times and ignored us totally) she rushed over as if to say wait your turn! Coffee took 23 mins to be placed in front of us. (After asking twice) It took a further 27 mins for the Croissant to be served. On leaving the cafe we had to wait another 11 mins to pay!!!!! I felt I had to put pen to paper as they need to be told.
