I’ve been here quite a few times and have always received friendly, positive service. Love, love, love their chicken & leek pies. He likes the gourmet pie beef with mushy peas. The bangalore pork sausage roll is also very tasty – well above average. Only downsides are they don’t sell drinks (other outlets in the market do) and seating is very limited should you choose to eat there, we couldn’t get a seat today.
The food here is pretty yummy although I have to say the customer service does need some work. They pretty much shove the food into your hand and try to get you away as fast as possible.
The customer service doesn’t come with a smile, but the fact is this is the bread is fantastic. Crusty crusts and chewiness, the Turkish bread and Casalinga are the best. I didn’t find a local bakery this good in Melbourne, and that’s saying something.
Terrible customer service. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I go to flour semi regularly as it is the closest bakery to my work, but go there purely for convenience, not service. The young girls that work there are lovely, but the two blonde older ladies that are there daily simply cannot crack a smile and are extremely rude at the best of times. Would not recommend going unless you like a dirty look and muttering served with your croissant. Always make me extremely uncomfortable. 0/10 !!!!!
