It’s the service that made this trip very memorable. Crab is of course the centre piece here and treated with respect. The lesson on how to handle and extract the meat will live long with me. The lobster roll was very nice, nice sized chunks mixed with a creamy Kewpie mayo and fresh celery. But was only an entree to the real deal Alaskan Snow crab. Comes with a choice of sauces, we went with the Singapore Chilli. Not sure on the bag it comes in, a dish would be fine, but the crab cooked fabulously.

Went on a weekday in June. Marina Mirage was deserted and this restaurant was super quiet for the same reason. The food was decent but overpriced. The kids fish and chips had two small pieces of fish and lots of chips as cheap filler. The quality of the fish was good though. The lobster and crab slider was tiny with barely any filling, it won’t make a adult full. The barramundi taco was better sized. The chargrilled cauliflower and quinoa side was ice cold (presumably pre-made and sat in the fridge for a long time) and 5% cauliflower and 95% quinoa. It didn’t taste bad, it was passable, but just not what I expected at all based on the menu description. I won’t be heading back in hurry.
