A cute little cafe on the corner of Tedder Ave. Many sweet and savory options on the menu and a great selection of crepes. The waffles and chicken crepes are both divine.Don’t go if you’re in a rush as service is quite slow (30 minutes for 2 crepes).

There is a lot of cafes in this local area so you might expect the competition to drive quality. Le Jardin has potential to be a really lovely place but it needs attention to detail. It’s a lovely cosy place to sit and relax (I was here early on a Sunday morning) and the staff seem keen and willing.I had the French toast with strawberries. It can best be described a four bits of French stick roughly cut to form towers from which two scoops of ice cream could sit. It was then drenched in maple syrup. The ‘strawberries’ came as one un ripened strawberry cut in half. Given the price I expected a bit of finesse. There was none. It was overly sweet and lacked any love in its preparation. The coffee was very strong but ok.Food: 1.5 starsService: 2.5 starsAmbience: 3 starsCoffee: 2. 5 stars

Our favourite cafe on the Gold Coast, we have been coming here for a few years now. Always warm friendly service and atmosphere, great coffee and yummy French based dishes and pastries.
