Terraces is my favourite restaurant! We discovered this gem in 2018. My husband and I try to come at least once a month. I love the assortment of cooked seafood that is presented both as warm dishes and cold salads (eg cooked marinated salmon served chilled). Keep up the great work!
Very disappointing experience! We asked on the phone if they have fresh oysters before we made a booking. The lady on the phone confirmed that they will have fresh oysters. But no fresh oysters for the night at all. The grilled oysters meat was so small, even smaller than a clam meat. I would rather buy a dozen of oysters in the fish market.No lemon lime bitter. No grilled scallop. The smoked salmon tray is disguising. No more new food coming after 8pm on a Sunday night and our booking was at 7:30pm.The service is okay. But the overall food quality is so bad comparing few years ago. They were doing Winter special now. I know it’s cheap but I would rather pay the normal price and get good food quality. Probably won’t come back again and definitely not recommend to others.Even have to pay parking fees to park in their own car park.Don’t even bother to take a photo as it is too bad.

The roast turkey was well cooked but the Yorkshire pudding we’re definitely cooked from frozen. The gravy was a little odd and very strong in flavour which spoilt the toast a little. Ice cream was great. Had better creme brûlée. BreakfastWas quiet good. Nice selection of fruit. Good croissant. Hot food selection was nice albeit a little on the cold side. Would have breakfast again but not the dinner buffet.Dinner againSeafood is pretty good, I had several plates. The dessert bar is also good, especially the strawberry ice cream and pavlova. Roast dinner section still disappointing. Veg and gravy better tonight but I didn’t enjoy the beef as a little tough. I have upped my score after this visit.
