Went as a large group of 12 people and spent around $500, but still did not satisfy anyone. Despite ordering the most expensive BBQ set which was offered (Wagyu) and more dishes, none of the dish really stood out. Only the wagyu was your average-above average for quality. Whereas tteobokki (spicy rice cake) was more sweet than everywhere else and lacked any real spice. The service was understandably slow due to peak business hours and the staffs mannerism and communication about the slowness of the food beforehand ensured high service quality. It is a shame the food was not up to the same standard
Honestly couldn’t really fault anything. Staff were accommodating, fairly quick service, my soft tofu soup was so good (though it didn’t have as much seafood as i would have liked) and it was pretty cheap! Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to eat korean at the gold coast.
Good little BBQ place. Atmosphere is good, service is good when they are more quiet but understaffed and slow when busy. Food was good and the BBQ uses coals not gas which makes for much tastier food. Beer list is not good. Cost is good. Toilet is not good but very authentic to Asia using buckets for the used paper.
