They had a special of scones with jam & cream & coffee so I opted for that. Was drawn in by the quirky coffee signs out front of house.(see pics) Also the fact I did have a slight hangover & needed coffee. According to the sign- when you get a wine hangover it’s called the grape depression!!!It is very pet friendly here & your dog will have a lot of other canine companions to look at!! Coffee is Aromas breakfast dishes are basic we just had eggs with a side each

Located at a very eye-catching position opposite to the Manly Flea Market, this caf was the first one of the cafes that I visited along the esplanade near the water. Maybe I was lucky that I did not encounter any unhappy feeling to be served neither received any warm greeting from the counter. Aroma coffee was good andthe banana bread was so so….. However, it made me happy to have my cup of coffee whileI was overlooking people happily browsing the market across the road. It was quite relaxing.

I’d love to give a review of the food or drinks here but we didn’t make it that far. Waited to be seated like the sign said but absolutely no acknowledgement. Stood on the pavement like we were invisible. Decided to seat ourselves outside on a table that was not cleared. Venue was not busy and it was about 10:30am. Went up to a miserable girl and asked to have the table cleared. She asked what we were here for. Breakfast? Her response: breakfast has finished. End of conversation. Service You get a big fat ZERO and the forks from me!

Terrible food at high prices – don’t do it. We had the prawns; calamari; ham, mushroom and cheese roll and the chicken parmy. This came to $100 for food we all agreed we would rather not eat. Definitely buyer beware.

This cafe is great. Food is fresh. Service is great and staff are friendly and polite. Many of the staff are Asian and Australians could definitely learn a thing or two about polite friendly service. Both myself and my company staff regularly use the place socially and for business meetings. We are always looked after.I couldn’t recommend the place enough.

Lovely breakie. Sunday had breakfast at the cuttlefish caf in Manly, it was very busy, so had to wait a bit for our breakfast to come out, but to be expected as the restaurant was full, the staff were really lovely friendly, coffee great, dog friendly and our breakfast delicious so a lovely experience recommend it to all well done!
