Husband and I wanted an easy night and decided to give the Carriers a try. He had a tender t-bone and I has the most delicious chicken and mushroom risotto. Friendly staff, efficient service. Will definitely go again.
Big servings for lunch. The TBone was tender and cooked perfectly. Crispy salmon was delicious. Staff happy to switch the menu around to suit. Always look forward to calling in for a meal at Carriers.

Stopped for a family lunch and was amazed at the quality and quantity of the food. The servings were enormous and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. A really lovely place for a meal and quiet drink.
We recently had dinner at the Carriers restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at their various renovations. It is much more open and more inviting. We had great service and a delicious meal of garlic prawns!
This is a marvellous pit stop; an ideal overnighter for the weary traveler. A clean, comfortable room with above par “bistro type” food washed down by your choice of beverages – 4 stars.
