Just had an awesome meal at Mary’s – came to see the night market and found not a lot around for dinner – walked into Mary’s and firstly had a nostalgia hit with a huge collection of all the lollies we knew growing up. Had an amazing Steak Burger with the lot – was best we have ever had – steak was melt in the mouth. Great little play area to keep Miss 7 occupied and great friendly service – thanks for filling our tums after a busy day
Fortunately it is hard to find anywhere to eat in Maryborough on a Sunday afternoon. We found Mary as we were about to give up and were delighted with the results. A simple lunch of home cooked savoury muffin and toasted sandwich. My partner is a fussy coffee drinker and was more than pleased with the coffee. We would definitely return – the homemade fudge was to die for.
While traveling through Maryborough we stumbled across Mary Delicious, a quaint cafe that also serves fudges, chocolates and scones all made on the premises. I had a ginger scone and coffee and was very pleased with both. My husband had a muffin and judging by how quiet he was for several minutes I’d say he was also satisfied. What a great find!
