We ordered one of the set menus. The two entrees we ordered were the Kaarage chicken and the sushi platter. For the main we got the Udon hot pot with the pork belly and the beef. The udon hot pot was much more than we expected and was definitely worth its price. There was a large platter of veges for the hot pot too that also included some tofu and vermicelli. For dessert we ordered Tempura ice cream and Ice cream with chocolate mousse. The Tempura shell was beautifully done and the ice cream was the perfect temperature. The chocolate mousse was also delicious too. Overall a good experience here. Although the wait for the entree was a bit long.
The service here is absolutely good. The sashimi is good when the usual chef is here but when he is away it’s just terrible. On the downside, the other food is too sweet. Maybe good for westerners but not for Japanese people. I think they don’t have a proper chef that had experience in Japan. Please don’t think it’s Japan quality. Because as an Japanese that’s a disgrace.
