Yum! My husband and I shared the Salmon one which has a great combo of ingredients feeling fresh. The Chicken karage was something you’d find similar at a Japanese eatery although had a nice coleslaw to it and it was good that it was served with brown rice. Awesome interior and the meals came out promptly.
Ordered a vegetarian poke bowl from here and was disappointed, the photos looked amazing on instagram which made me want to try it. When I got it looked boring, maybe because it’s the vegetarian option. I haven’t tried anything else on their menu so my review is just about the poke bowl.
Had the hot smoked poke bowl and as someone who has poke multiple times a week (#pokefangirl) I can say without doubt this is the best I’ve ever had. I added mushrooms (delicious and good serving size), cucumber salsa (think also had jalapeños for slight kick) and roti (cos life is better with buttery flakiness!). All were great albeit the base poke didn’t really need anything more in itself – I’m just greedy. Cool little spot off the beach with cool interior. Also appreciated drinking coconut coming with a spoon to devour the flesh! Wish this was closer to home – I’d be there regularly!
Delicious and healthy poke bowls. Had the raw salmon poke and their ginger cocktail. Chilled atmosphere. Great place for a sunny afternoon. *******************
Best poke bowl I’ve ever had! I tried the prawn star and it was super fresh and delicious and generous portion. Will definitely be going back to try more!
