A very pleasant surprise, you could easily miss The Cambus Wallace if you didn’t know it was there. There’s enough in beer and wine to keep those tipplers happy, and the cocktail menu does creatively delicious versions of a whole bunch of classics. I want to go back. And soon!

The drinks are the stars here – sensational cocktail list, massive choice of rums mixed with fresh pressed apple juice and great service. Unless you get a table it’s squeezy for a group, but well worth it.

Way too loud for my liking, the bar is tiny and when you have so many people packed into such a small space it gets really loud. I couldn’t even hear myself speak. Sure the decor is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful but this is definitely not my cup of tea.

We came here after 10pm on a Sunday night and it was packed. Initially we drove past the place, despite being on the main road the big wooden doors conceal it somehow. I was pleasantly surprised by the dark nautical decor, relaxed crowd, a great cocktail menu and funky waiting staff who knew what they were doing. I tried Maiden Voyage and loved it! Great place, highly recommended!

I love this place. Best cocktails, awesome beer selections. Cheese boards are delicious & they have a different food special every day. We’ve literally always loved our meals. Amazing live music on Wednesdays and staff are super friendly. Can get really busy on Friday/Saturday night. Would recommend going in mid week for dinner & drinks to get the full experience
