Terrible. I eat Shnitz regularly at many locations around the country. Worst restaurant I’ve experienced so far. Rude staff and i believe waiting 22 minutes for a Royal Chip Butty without any form of apology is too long. There were only 9 customers in the store when we ordered so it wasn’t busy.I’d avoid this place as there are many nice options nearby.

Its nice they tried. I have been to multiple schnitz restaurants and have loved it! Cheap, delicious and great service. Down at pacific fair felt like something yummy, its a shame it was down hill from there. Myself and three friends went for lunch. First order was to have the chicken parmy on a seperate plate to the chips for my not to hungry vegetarian friend. Now not only was ths chicken on the same plate all squished together but the plate was dirty and it wasnt new chips but just on a seperate plate that they came back on. But at least this plate was actually moderately clean! The rest of the food was moderately passable after the wait we were hungry and would eat any oily less than warm food they presented us. After informing the wait staff about some of the issues we were informed we didnt pay for what we apperently ordered so we would need to pay more for their indiscretions. Hey if you love dirty plates, dry salad, oily chicken and wait staff with lack of customer service and attitude issues then this is the place for you! Again i love the chain of restaurants however we will not be returning or advising any one to come here but rather to stay away. If i could do less than 1 i would.
I thought the schnitzels are quite good value. The wraps look massive. I ordered a veg schnitzel and could see all the nice grated veg inside. My husband ordered a chicken parmigiana which was yummy with the beer battered chips. The one negative is that t glasses for drinking water didn’t look too clean.
