I bought my first tart from the newly opened Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart and I needed a coffee. Looking around I spied on a coffee machine so I made a bee-line for Soul Origin. It was 2.30pm and there was a queue for coffees so I am expecting a nice brew. Five minutes later with my large Cappuccino ($5.00) and Hokkaido tart in my hands I can finally sit down for a coffee break. Despite being a single shot, the hot coffee is refreshing and I quite enjoy this brew. The coffee is better than 3.5/5.0 and I’m impressed with the service from the Barista and service staff. Thank you guys.

Please do yourself a favour and get the lovely Bec to make your coffee, you will 100% not regret it! She’s an absolute delight and will always make you feel welcome even in the busiest of times!!!
Another great place to get a healthy snack when visiting the Pacific Fair shopping centre at Broadbeach. The coffee is passable & the food is fresh & flavorsome with lots of salad etc. Service is fast & the food reasonably priced
