Ok, so after yesterday’s debacle, my 3 friends were hungry and hangover this morning so we decided to give them another chance, so we made a phone order. The lady on the phone took 15 mins to comprehend the order, then said we had to go pick it up there, once my friend got there they handed him 2 orders which weren’t ours so they made him wait 30 mins for our orders to be made, so after a total of 1.5 hrs our food got cold and they couldn’t even work out the bill (handed him the wrong receipt). They also loaded him with all the food (5 boxes & drinks) to carry in his hands, no suggestion for a bag or box to take with him. Compensation was giving him discount vouchers of ‘buy 1 meal with drinks and get 2nd meal with a small percentage off’. Such disgusting, incompetent service! No more chances, were done! 1/10 rating!—–10 Jan, 2013—–Service was incredibly slow, water was warm and food was borderline average. Waitress was however friendly however this small positive did not compensate for the multiple deficiencies. Would not come back. Dis-appointing overall. 4/10 rating.
