2/11/19 – Ordered fish and chips and onion rings both were not cooked properly the batter was soggy and the chips half cooked. It seems to have changed hands in recent months as previously it was fantastic but now small portions and badly cooked.

We came here on 14/10/2019 for lunch and ordered the Trawlers Catch. It would have been nice if the food was freshly cooked, but I think it was either over cooked (nearly burnt) or cooked hours ago and was sitting out for a while.

Located at The Patio food court in Pacific Fair. It’s a casual dining restaurant with its own seating. It’s an order at the counter affair. They’ll come and serve the food to you. Service is nice and it’s pretty quick for the food to come out.The menu is obviously very seafood based. There are different types of packs, burgers, tacos, salads, and sides. I had a Lifestyle Pack. This included a choice of fish (grilled hake for me), brown rice & salad. You could choose to have chips instead of brown rice if you wanted to be naughty. Got some tartare sauce too. I also got a Potato Scallop. To drink I had a Passion Fruit Crush. The fish was nicely cooked and went well with the brown rice and greek salad I had. I liked the potato as not too greasy. Pretty good option in the food court.

Bought trawlers catch the amount of serving is very small, calamari is soggy, so ordered extra seperate fish which cost extra $9 but its tiny. There is better value of food at food courts

This place is not too bad. The menu has a fair amount to offer. The people here are friendly and willing to help notto mention efficient. It’s pricing isn’t too bad either and the food is pretty tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone.
