  We went to the shop 30 mins before they close with our 3 year old kid. The owner looked very grumpy and was not willing to serve, saying someone inside will serve you and we had to wait. Waiting for 10 minutes no one served and once we came out of the shop once to take the outside breeze, they slammed the door. The attitude was rude and it was unacceptable. That made my son cry. This shop shouldn’t run a business. He was racist and should be reported.

  The customer service I received on Friday was appalling I placed my order online and the pick up address was Merrimac. I received a text message to say my food would be ready in 20 mins so i left my house when food was going to be ready only to reach the store and they were closed I then received a phone call which I could hardly understand the worker on the phone they proceeded to inform me i would need to collect my order from the ashmore store which i asked for the address the lady on the phone told me to look for it on the facebook page which is totally unprofessional i informed her I’m in my car how can i search for their address then she gave me a address which i put in my GPS which lead me to Labrador. I called the store back finally was given correct address. When i arrived at the store my food was not ready which they had a good 60mins to cook it. I then asked to speak to the owner to make a complaint about the terrible service i received in which he just shrugged his shoulders there was no apology for the inconvenience i had experienced something that was meant to be a quick and easy dinner took me an hour and half by the time i got back home my food was cool and soggy. I will never order from big fella’s pizzas again and will be telling all my friends and family how disgusting there customer service is.

  This place is a dirty dive, absolutely horrible food and service, even the water tastes bad ! My frozen coles pizza was more appealing than there rot and not to mention cock roach central!!

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered delivery ( should have looked at the rating first) called to complain about the taste ( lack of) was told I needed to bring the Pizza back for a refund. After a long dispute with girl on the phone. Asked to speak to the owner. I was told I had called at a peak time so he was to busy to speak to me. I then asked for a call back at a less busy time and contacted them on FB. Just to get interrogated. Please Please do not support this establishment it is truly quantity over quality.
