Great night out with the girls!!. Every tapas dish we ordered was off the hook, really tasty and a good portion! Also great priced on Thursdays, 3 plates for 30,-.There was live music and a great atmosphere! The only comment I would have is poor customer service, friendly tho but just not trained properly, came to table too often ( know when your needed, keep an eye on your customers, it’s a skill..hire experienced staff with a great attitude towards hospitality, it’s not for every one.But saying that, we will come back for the food and live music!
Terrible service. We heard about ‘social hour’ for beer And pizza we called at lunch to check what time it starts we were told 5. We got to restaurant at 5 to 5 we were told they werent open yet- fair enough we sat at an outside table yo wait for them to open. Staff didnt offer any service for another 20 minutes at 515. They were extremely loud setting up until almost 530. Not sure why they dont just say they open at 530 it was a joke really. I read other reviews on rude staff and can now agree. The manager really needs to teach customer service. I guess they are used to only serving drunks who dont care as basic manners and customer service wAs non existent. Terrible experience.
Bland, dry food & bad service. The food was boring, not at all what I expected. The zucchini battons needed lots of salt, & the lamb koftas & chicken skewers were very dry & bland. The chicken skewers came with a corn salsa which I was looking forward to. We got 4 chicken skewers with less than 1tbsp of salsa. To top it all off, all bar 1 staff member were rude & obviously didn’t want to be there. One staff poured a glass of water & spilt it all over the menu, said sorry with attitude & then walked off while I cleaned it up. Our table was tiny! If you offer share plates make sure your customers can enjoy them without worrying the plate is going to be knocked off by a passing customer/waitress..or tell the customer they’ll bring them out separately.I did enjoy the cocktail I ordered but it didn’t come close to making up for the disappointing evening.
