Very disappointed – ordered via a delivery service and not only did the food take over 90mins to reach us but I had to go downstairs to let the driver in when the pizza guy the night before had been quite able to reach our apartment front door using the intercom. Ordered Solo and was given Pepsi instead, all noodle dishes tasted the same & were gluggy without nearly enough meat & vegetables. With so many options available in the area, don’t waste your money, or way too much time, on this rip-off merchant!
Poor. I am very disappointed with the service at this Noodle Box. Clearly signing on the door: OPEN AT 11.30am. I came in at 11.35 only to be greeted with furniture still being set up. When I asked for my order, I was turned down only to be told that it would be another 15 minutes before the chef was ready. Mind you this was said with no respect what so ever. I was not going to wait another 15 min before even ordering and went to the nearby kebab shop instead. If a store says they open at a time, they need to be open for business at that time and not ‘rock up’ to work at that time. P.S. I have had 3 members of my family gain illness after eating from this store over a 3 month period, each with different menu items. I think that this franchisee is in need of a good checkup by the health and safety inspectors!
