Aether Brewing is another great option around Milton, they don’t carry a big range of beers but they do brew their own!I have tried a few but my choices usually are they homebrewed ginger beer or the cherry pagan cider.They also have frequent events so it’s worth checking what’s happening every couple of weeks!
We’ve been to Aether a bunch of times and love the place.The beer is great and the food is very tasty.Only downside is that the main bar area tends to get a bit noisy when the place is packed but upstairs is a bit quieter.Other than that Aether is our go to place to take visitors who love good beer and tasty food.
