Five for ambience and a truly beautiful building in an industrial area albeit a sophisticated precinct. The food is nothing to rave about but the setting is unusual and provincial. Make up your own mind.

Today I woke up late and thinking about breakfast I remembered Diana had recently visited this coffee shop which I haven’t heard of before and since it’s not far from my house I decided to give it a try.I ordered a dirty chai latte and I firstly tried to order the dill potato cakes which were unfortunately sold out so I decided to venture myself on their cabinet and settled up for a white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio slice and also a carrot cake. The dirty chai on soy was nice and creamy with a good coffee flavour and not too sweet but could have been stronger on the chai bit of it, would rate it a 3.5 or 4 out of 5.The white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio slice, was a bit hard to cut through with a fork but tasting it there was a nice texture from the pieces of white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio and was actually moist. My only problem is that it was too sweet, I couldn’t barely finish half of it. Disregarding its sweetness I would rate it a 4 but for my preferences it scores a 3 out of 5.The carrot cake was a bit on the dry side, and the frosting on top was a bit too thick in some places but overall was an enjoyable cake, had it been moister and with some more nuts to it i would have scored it a 4 out of 5, but today it gets a 3.5.Overall it’s a nice place for a coffee, the staff is friendly and I would be back to try their lunch menu perhaps.
