Explored this cafe in the morning. Even though I arrived at 6:45am, there were at least four tables occupied by the other early birds. I was greeted by a friendly staff to take a seat and she took my order of flat white immediately and also dropped me a glass of iced water while I was reading the menu. Loved to see that they offer the idea of make your own breakfast, so I chose the smoked salmon, mushroom and bacon. The first came was the coffee, which was average but not my flavourite taste and strength. Then it took around eight menu then the surprise came to my table. Wow, the dish looked so great with two proteins and one vegetable. The bacon was perfectly done with golden brown color, smoked salmon was fresh and the mushrooms were full of aroma from herbs and butter. Love such idea and definitely will return to make my own brekkie next time with different combination.
