Great food and tour host Paul is an absolute gentleman!Explains the details of the brewery and its history in superb details and is happy to take any questions you ask! Its best to go when the brewery is in full production and in my case that was a Tuesday morning tour!After the tour is free beer tasting to give you a taste of what is being produced! Depending on the group size this can equate to a few rounds of free beers!The ale house has delightful meals and the chicken parmigiana with a nice coldie goes down a Treat!
