I love the view from this cafe. However, wagy eye fillet was over over over cooked (nearly well done, really dry, you can see the texture from the photo, around $50? No worth at all). I did order a medium rare steak. We didn’t want to wait for another 30 mins for a recalled steak because we were starving and had other plans. Garlic prawn is just fine. Disappointed:( Waitstaff are nice:)

What a cute little cafe! The building itself is breathtaking, we knew we had to go inside. Wait staff were lovely, we ordered tea and blueberry cheesecake, delicious!
Plenty of staff but all in a hurry. Inattentive. We were the only table occupied. Got the order wrong. Leave the plate on the table and run away quickly. We had to get up and get our own pepper. All the local dairy produce in the area and the butter is western star!! I expected better from montville.
Pretty setting but the service is so poor that I will definitely not come back. Scones were ok but tea just sat on the counter for so long that we had finished our scones and still waited a while to get it.
