Dined here for dinner on Saturday night and although very busy, we were seated and served promptly. We ordered the combination Chow Mein, sizzling Chinese steak, fried rice and Buddha delight hot pot (vegetarian) the chow mein was tasty, sizzling steak was also flavoursome and tender. The Hot pot on the other hand could be improved and flavour not quite right. The price is quite expensive (approx $27 per dish) for what it is but I suppose it’s a reflection on its location. Overall we had a pleasant evening but dishes are what you’d expect from any Chinese resturant, and we would probably return.

I’m never going back to this place. To start with the food was heavily under-seasoned and bland. They charged $3.5 extra for adding Chinese mushrooms which a Chinese restaurant is expected to add anyway. Their tofu wasn’t fresh and the one straight from supermarket. Service was horrible. Waitresses dint know anything about the menu and kept asking the chef for every detail. I mean something silly like what sauce is the stir fry based on! While I was still eating a waitress asked if we were done and came back immediately once my plate was empty although it was neither closing time nor was the restaurant queued up. Finally the bill had a calculation error!
Never going back!. My partner and I booked in last night, they sat us beside a freezing cold and busy doorway! then they spent most of the night staring at us and hovering around the table – which made dinner very uncomfortable, overpriced.
Sat on the outside balcony, good atmosphere and fast service. Portion sizes are generous but should be at $20+ the sizzling lamb was my partners favorite, I like the subtle flavors of the chicken and cashews. We will be back to try again and explore the menu.
