Located at the Morningside Plaza, this cafe is so handy to find because it is just the first shop up to the top of escalator from the car park. I was greeted by the barista immediately once I walked in the cafe. Set-up is neat and comfortable. They serve Piazza Doro which is one of my favorites. Ham & Cheese croissant did not let me down. I like the surfboard hanging over the wall at the corner that reminds me the time that I was the life-saving instructor at Hong Kong. Well, it was a long long time ago………

The cappuccino came out just as I like it: hot, full-bodied, with a lovely crema and generously dusted with chocolate. The choc almond cake was beautifully moist. Service and environment were also good. I felt some of the meals were a little expensive for suburban Morningside but they may well be worth it.
Best coffee and food. Even though the title may say it all, the attention to detail is very refreshing! Certainly everything is looked after with a fine eye, the coffee is done to a T with perfect cream and beautifully textured milk which unfortunately in Brisbane is hard to come across…Food is affordable and super tasty! Certainly recommend anyone in the area to come check it out

This was the worst place I have been for breakfast in a long time. The eggs Benedict we ordered came out looking more like something I would make at home rather than pay $16 for, the hollindaise sauce was a packet mix from Coles, the ham was also from Coles as we watched the waitress buy it before our meals arrived. When we took the meals back I was treated rudely by the owner and my opinions about the meal were dismissed, I asked for my money back and was short changed twice.
Best coffee in Brisbane. I know the title is a bit extreme, but I make this statement after trying to find good coffee in Brisbane for the last 15 years. It was such a surprise to find it in this unassuming coffee shop in a suburban shopping complex. If you like boiling hot, bitter coffee, DO NOT GO. If you appreciate perfect crema, a perfect temperature, soft, velvety texture and chocolatey aroma, then you know what I’m talking about. The best coffee outside Melbourne is at Morningside, Brisbane.
