Best Vietnamese iced coffee!!! Bagels are delicious and the service is always friendly and polite. Its quickly become one of our local favourites.
Keyhole has become one of our weekend breakfast/brunch regulars, thanks largely to the boyfriend’s obsession with bagels. And it’s proximity to home. It helps that the coffee is good also. He almost always settles upon the Salami bagel with melted cheese and peri peri sauce. Even though the peri peri doesn’t scream breakfast to him, he doesn’t care because he loves it. I’ve tried a few others (the Weekender, the Breakfast and a smear of cream cheese with added bacon) and they are all nice because bagels are just nice. They have different bagel types eg. sesame seed, poppy seed, jalapeno (yum) and each is served with crisps and pickles on the side. If I were being picky, I’d say I would rather the bagels toasted a bit crispier but the male prefers them slightly soft and chewy as they are. It’s busy – not so much that ordering is torture but enough to know they must be decent. All in all, a good little local to have!
Just came back from this espresso. It was full of take-away customers standing near the entrance for their coffees just t5 minutes after it opened for the Sunday trade. Rushed to order their signature Bagel with my choice of mild salami & peri peri sauce. Since I was the first diner who took a seat at the corner table so I could have time to look around the venue. Well, quite a retro-feeling, set-up nice and neat. When the coffee was presented on the table, I was happy with the little piece of waffle at the side of the coffee cup. Honestly, I miss this type of biscuit for a long time. By the way, the Genovese is one of my favorite and the barista pouring skill is good so that made a very good morning coffee for me. The hero should be the potato chips coming with the bagel, which are so crispy, particularly good to match with the home-made dips. The mild salami didhit me enough heat but my palate was then cooled down by the refreshing tomato slides. It was a very impressive brekkie and I won’t forget to say thanks to the passionate waitress who is very friendly – marks added!
Stopped here for a coffee while in the area. Staff were friendly, and happy to discuss coffee options. The iced lattes were nice cold, and had good flavour (they come with double shots). Also great that they don’t charge extra for soy milk. Easy to see why it would be a popular local spot. We might try their bagels next time.. elsewherebriefly.com

Consistent coffees, great bagels. Our local coffee shop and we’ve stopped going to the other one nearby. Nice when the crew say hi and welcome us by name.
This is my absolute favourite place for weekend coffee! Grant and his staff are always friendly and efficient. They use Genovese coffee, which is much smoother than Merlos or Campos coffee. The cafe is always busy and I’m always impressed with the diversity of the customers. It is not just hipsters, but young families, older couples, normal folk who don’t fit any particular catergory. There is no pretention about this place, just great coffee, good food and friendly staff!
