Conveniently situated in front of Coles.SERVICETwo Asian ladies are busy in the food preparation area and make everyone wait until they are ready to serve you. The manager simply ignores you until she is ready to allow younger girl to serve you. Young staff member polite and kindManager rude, abrupt and does not talk English. In customer service and working in Australia I feel its a form of arrogance to speak another language.FOODLooks fresh, I particularly like their hot Dim Sims.However, Avodcado / Salmon suchi roll, when I took one bite, the salmon chewy and tasted bitter. Not fresh!Returned with the sushi to warn them about the risk of food poisoning. Young staff member offered refund, only to be slammed down by the older manager speaking in another language (I did say she was rude) refusing refund in her language and leaving affected salmon/avocado sushi in the display.OVERALLUnsatisfactory serviceFailure to check the said salmon for freshness or food poisoning risk.Profit over safety it would seem.
