This place is REALLY good. I am pretty picky when it comes to Agedashi Tofu and Tofu Karaage but they were both fantastic. To top it off the Gyoza were spectacular and they even make really good chips. I have been there many times and I have never been disappointed. The staff are really good people as well!

Shopping at Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre at the Aussie day. Needless to say, I will prefer to have lunch at the Eight Street. We decided to have a change this time to explore this Japanese eatery. Could not remember exactly what was the dish but the overall impression was nice presentation, generous portion and tasteful. That are all the key of success. No wonder why this store was so busy on that day. Cheers!
New at Mount Ommaney’s 8 street.. Today i tried their Chicken Katsu Curry bento box. Curry & chicken were nice, tempura was not fresh & it really let down the dish. I was happy with the amount of free sauce available however, i don’t think I’ll be back for another bento box when there’s so many other places to have lunch.
On walkabout in the shopping centre and feeling peckish I walk into 8 Street. Here we have outlets with Asian offerings. Today I decide on a light snack from Japanice. With several orders ahead of mine, I wait over 10 minutes for my order. When it arrives, I see my Udon Soup Noodles are freshly prepared and worth the wait. In one word, delicious! I will be back for more guys!
