  Very very poor service. We had a baby shower booked there today. Some of our guests arrived early and were rudely told to move. During the beginning of the event the collapsible gazebo cover fell off. One of our guests went to inform them about this. The manager/staff did nothing to help or resolve the issue. During the ordering of the food/ beverages we asked them how long it would take for the food and drinks to come they informed us in 10mins. During that period some drinks came and some cakes came 30-40mins later not all of the guests had their food or drinks. When asked staff member stated they had forgotten.they did not appologise. Nil apologies or updates were made in regards to the food coming out during a total of 50mins. When paying they tried to over charge us and when confronted in regards to the lateness and the rudeness of the waiter. They then appologised. We called them to inform them that they had made the baby shower a terrible experience they made excuses and made up lies about our guests. I would recommend you stay away from this cafe. Don’t waste your time and money.

  Disappointing. Overpriced, poor service, long drive. Tea service crockery second rate. Attended for mother’s day and was so disappointed.

  Dispapointing High Tea. Only one cup of tea. Not quality English crockery, patterns mismatched. Miserable sized servings, very little choice and tasteless. Ordinary service. Had to pay immediately prior to booking day, on arrival restaurant far from booked out.
