A former franchise has reinvented itself and made a big statement for Mexican in the country. Great slow-cooked meat with a lot of flavour and the hot salsas are actually reasonably hot. The burrito was still packed out with lettuce but the price is good and it all came together very well. The owners are great and the restaurant will hopefully become the hottest venue in town when it gets a liquor licence and puts on live music in the basement. Maybe only 4 stars now but 5 when then all that happens.
