Heading to the QE2 hospital for a visit, decided to stop by group of shops which houses the Aldi. There are small group of food outlets including pizza hut, hungry Jack’s, subway, a battle shop and cuppy tubby which happens to be a noodle bar. Given the name wouldn’t think it would be noodles.Just your typical noodle bar, salad station, a few woks and cold drink fridge.Small and easy to manage menu, went with the special hot and spicy noodles. With only 2 people working, think owner on the wok station and young girl serving and prepping the salad and noodles would take a while.About 15mins later meal was in hand, at first bite there was nothing special about it. Just hokkien noodles with chicken, beef, prawns and some veggies with salt pepper and some chilli. It was ok, for a regular serving $15 and added spring roll and 600ml drink for $4.50. The spring roll was better, flaky and crunchy.Would go back to this place? Maybe not.
