While ‘Location, location, location’ is the big catch cry to success, there are some local favourites that have achieved modest success by going against the norm, choosing venues in hidden pockets of suburbia. There, they provide service to locals who previously had no food outlets nearby. That’s how it is with Black Lime Café.
Great little place for a nice coffee and a spot of breakfast. Very friendly staff. This kids enjoyed some waffles and milkshakes. I had a veggie stack. The black lime cafe can accommodate for modifications to the menu, which is great.
Had a Nice Coffee two days ago. Requested at time (Tuesday) Beef sausages to have in Big Breakfast for Thursday (Today). Michael the Owner remembered so I had a HUGE Breakfast with 2 Beef Sausages, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs (Eggs your Choice how you have them), Tomato and Two thick Slices of Toast. Yummy. Best Breakfast I have had for Years. Highly Highly Recommend. ( I could have had Mushrooms and Hash Brown and a Pork Sausage.). They do Take Away as well. So for Great Food, Excellent Value and Good Service, Breakfast, Lunch, Snack or Coffee come to Black Lime Cafe.
Finally Zomato have decided to add this cafe which we visited over a month ago! Black Lime is tucked away in a tiny shopping precinct near Nerang. So happy we discovered this place as the staff were so accommodating & friendly. We actually had the fish chips & salad for lunch with a beautiful flavored Silipo coffee blend to follow. Not to forget that amazing cup cake with a mound of pina colada cream on the top & a tiny umbrella-just to follow through with the festive theme. The fish & chips were done well with crispy batter & a home made tartare, the salad was a good blend of leaf tomatoes & red onion. The cafe is also pet friendly with seating outside & dog bowl provided. Inside there are comfortable seats & a couch with that bright lime green theme throughout to brighten up the day
