Each morning, Helena’s staff bakes the goods for the day. There is no set menu as such. Instead, the day’s fare is written on a brown paper bag: fruit-laden muffins, raspberry and coconut loaf, healthy biscuits, little bacon-wrapped baked eggs, a baked savoury tart or quiche with accompanying salad, freshly baked loaves of bread or stuffed bagels; you can choose from whatever has been baked or freshly made! It’s simple rustic fare, fresh and tasty with an emphasis on healthy.
