Would give this 3.5 if I could. Lovely location on the river. Prices quite reasonable but then the portions are not particularly generous. Prompt and friendly service.
Beautful location right by the Brisbane river and New Farm ferry. Unfortunately the coffee wasn’t as good as the location, as the water was too hot and had burnt the beans.
It’s obvious this cafe is hit and miss, a beautiful location with staff that were clearly not listening to our orders, I’m amazed I didn’t debate the cost, everything was around the wrong way as far as coffees between 4 of us went, the food was tasty but like the coffees didn’t come out anywhere near the same time, will only return for coffee. Plenty of staff, with only a few really pulling their weight.
A great casual spot overlooking the river, perfect for a pre or post stroll. I find them pretty well priced and although what they serve is pretty tasty, the menu is rather restricted and could do with a few more options. I love how they are both kid and dog friendly too!
A quiet little spot literally at the end of the road … Or Brunswick Street. Just head towards the New Farm Park Ferry terminal and you’ll run right into it. I loved how peaceful it was to sit amongst the trees, overlooking the river without being squished into a corner, as seems to be the de rigueur just about everywhere at the minute. The menu is fairly basic, but sometimes you need an old fave, right? Good coffee and friendly staff. Give it a go!
Grabbed a toasted sandwich while catching up with a friend – she said the coffee was really good tooReally tasty food and the staff were friendlyNice venue and great views of the riverWill need to go back again and try other items on the menu
Had lunch after traveling up from South Bank on the CityCat. Great atmosphere with little tables to sip coffee or tables for a meal. I had the BLAT which was fresh and yummy. The coffee was average. The only down side was the over use of rocket. We have been twice now and loved the chill of the place. The position is fantastic, with New Farm Park right there, and a view over the river.
