Wonderful location, great view, but disappointing experience. Two staff working, but so many dirty uncleared tables, we were told to sit down the narrow stuffy end of the balcony where you cannot see anything as these were the only clean tables in the whole place. We opted to sit inside instead, only to find more dirty tables, and even bird poop on tables inside that hadn’t even been cleaned up. There were not even any glasses at the water station as several customers discovered as we did and you had to ask for one.Upon ordering and attempting to pay cash, the young lady behind the counter refused to take it, saying ‘no no no cash’ I realized her English was poor, fair enough, but no explanation for card only payment? Another lady in line behind us stated ‘you take cash most days why not today?’ We eventually managed to find out they were trying to tell us the register system was broken?Very small limited basic selection of cakes etc…service was slow. Hopefully they were just having an off day, or were maybe down on staff. But for the excellent location, they really need to pick up their game here. Have to say the coffee was quite decent but. Smiling would help the staff a lot here too. We may visit again, but the amount of dirty cluttered tables was very off putting.

Very limited options for food we ordered a toastie and the BLAT on sourdough, the toastie is acceptable, but the BLAT is disgusting , the avocado is not even ripe yet and there is a cooked dead fly under my bacon……. I do not think we will come back anymore.Staff are not very friendly …there are several uncleaned tables and I have to walked in and asked someone to clean for us to sit…..
