Its located in Merthyr Village so parking wasn’t too hard to find. There is an entrance by the road but we came through the car park around the back.Not too busy so we picked a table and were given menus. Quite a few items looked tasty but we ended up getting the big rib platter to share. We weren’t sure if it came with sides but got chips and coleslaw but we didn’t get to choose.The Memphis pork belly was amazing. Crispy, flavoursome and simply delicious. The pulled pork and beef ribs were also nice. Huge servings but we did manage to eat all the meat. Nice food and not too bad of a location to get there.
