Very friendly staff. I wont lie I was skeptical at first when I realised no one was Asian working in there haha (when I went). But the food was tasty 🙂 Very generous with portion. I got the salmon bowl and there was plenty of salmon. Usually I have to ration myself as I eat but there was always salmon there! Was a big bowl. Only thing I would have liked was there to be a bit more crunch to the gyoza but thats just my personal preference!
Didn’t have high expectations after seeing the kitchen whilst waiting for my food. The sushi rolls were tasty. The beef and squid burgers were ok with the wagyu patty more like a over tenderised hamburger steak, but the squid is just a few temura squid in a bun. Not sufficient as the main ingredient which amounted to less than the salad so it tasred very airy and bland. Beware of the eel or prawn sashimi. Neither is real sashimi, its not raw but cooked and sliced. Both are packaged frozen precooked. The chicken karaage and prawn bites are cooked in the same oil and frier and taste the same. Very disappointing. Wasted over $100.
