  This is my second review as it was vastly different from one year ago. We came back on the 3/1/2019. I did give this place a 4 but I will now give it a 1. It is not fresh and the fish looked like it was sitting in trays for months, it looked so dirty and the oil taste we got from the food was enough to turn anyone off. What happened to this place? I took friends as the last visit it was very different. The fish was RRR rubbish, rubbery, revolting. All I could think of was getting food poisoning. The chips seemed liked they were still frozen in the middle. i did say this place was cheap but it looks like the prices have gone up and quality gone down. Making the 50dollars I spent a complete waste of money. The bin got more than what my stomach did Had Fish and Chips here twice. The seafood is super fresh and I don’t think it’s frozen. Calamari was a standout, had better seafood here than some of the restaurants in Noosa. They have a park situated right next to them with the most amazing river view and also handy if you have kids. The fish and Chip packs were so cheap, I could not believe we were eating in Noosa. We paid $25 and got prawns, calamari, chips, fish, dim sims, Potato cakes. I loved how the prawn and fish batter were not the standard batter you get at a fish and chip shop. Did not taste oily. The calamari was not rings it was more like good restaurant quality crumbed and seasoned very well. If you just want a tasty cheap meal with your kids this place is worth trying.

  Ordered a seafood basket on a quiet and wet Wednesday evening. Great quality fish, speedy service. $26 for two people, commensurate with quality of the food and location.
