Amazing gem in Noosa. The salmon is unreal, you can tell the chef is devoted and passionate about his work, every dish is meticulously prepared and delicious. An absolute highlight of our trip. We couldn’t resist the 6 course degustation and it is possibly the best food we had in Noosa.*recommend not to sit by the door. Probably the only night in Noosa that was actually cool we were there and the door would not stay shut with the exhaust fan going meaning it could get chilli but this is probably great every other night of the year.
Sumi Open Kitchen is a simply outstanding dining experience. The cuisine is definitely and distinctly Japanese, but there is an exciting sophistication and depth to the dining experience which really sets it apart. Delightful!
